Anti-jigger crusader Stanley Kamau alias Kamau Wa Ndutu has warned chiefs against arbitrating defilement cases in their jurisdictions.
The Ahadi Kenya boss maintains that all defilement cases must be allowed to go through the whole prosecutorial steps in courts to ensure justice to the minors and to act as lessons to potential defilers.
Speaking in Kandara on Friday when he met over 20 pregnant teenagers, Mr Kamau also urged the judiciary to expedite the defilement suits in courts informed by the quote justice delayed is justice denied.


“It’s devastating to note that some chiefs decide to act as arbitrators between the defilers and the victims of defilement, these cases must be allowed to get into courts to ensure justice to victims,” Mr Kamau said.
During the event, Kamau Wa Ndutu who is also a director at Kenyatta National Hospital Board donated foodstuffs, masks and other personal items to the expectant teenagers.


He took the opportunity to plead with parents of the expectant teenagers to stop pressurizing them to abort saying it was not only illegal but also a health risk to the teens.
“Abortion is a crime, no parent should ask their teens to seek abortion as it is not only illegal but could interfere with the health and damager their ability to bear children in future,” he advised
